The questions that come up most often about what is free and what is not.
What is actually free?
Signing your own PDFs is free forever with no account. Sending documents for signature is free too, up to 10 a month, including unlimited recipients, signatures and audit trails.
So what does Pro pay for?
Volume, and the conveniences that come with it. Pro raises the monthly send limit from 10 documents to 100, allows longer link expiry, and adds reminders.
How long do you keep my files?
Forever, on every plan - we do not delete your files on a timer. The audit trail is kept alongside them. Documents you sign yourself are never stored at all.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan needs no payment details, and you are never charged without choosing to upgrade.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
